Evenings with the Masters® came together in March of 2020 when our Creative Director George Nobechi conceived of an idea to bring the photographic community together under the difficult circumstances of the pandemic. He called on his colleagues and mentors among some of the world’s foremost masters of photography and asked them to join in a weekly online forum, showcasing their work, sharing their personal stories with photography and answering audience questions live. All proceeds from the programs would then be distributed to charities selected by each presenting photographer, and all helping to provide relief related to issues caused by Covid-19.
What coalesced was a historic collection of incredible photographers from a great variety of genres spanning portraiture, fine art, documentary, commercial and digital manipulation. From there a community grew around these masters and the weekly gatherings as we were given a peek into the lives of so many fascinating experts in their craft, who so generously divulged the secrets to their success.
SEASON 1
Season One ran live for 18 weeks from April 22nd until August 20, 2020. Season One raised well over $32,000 for Covid-19 relief, and proceeds from the private video recordings will continue to go to each of the charities chosen by the presenters.
The presenters in order of appearance were: Ibarionex Perello, Erika Larsen, Michael Clark, Russell Preston Brown, Allen Clark, Jamey Stillings, Sam Abell, Amy Toensing, Nevada Wier, Arno Rafael Minkkinen, Keith Carter, Kate Breakey, Greg Gorman, Arthur Meyerson, Gerd Ludwig, Stephen Wilkes, Laura Valenti and host George Nobechi, with an ensemble cast finale.
SEASON 2
Season Two ran live for 16 weeks from Jan 5 until April 20, 2021. Season Two raised well over $37,000 for a variety of charities chosen by the speakers.

FOUR GLOBAL PHOTOGRAPHERS CONVERGE ONLINE AT NOBECHI CREATIVE
In March of 2020, Nobechi Creative launched Evenings with the Masters®, an initiative that brought the photographic community together under the difficult circumstances of the pandemic. Once more, we are happy to join forces with a new generation of photographers who are committed to making the world a better place, and we are bringing back the spirit of EWTM with each presenter selecting a charity to which 100% of net ticket proceeds* will be evenly distributed.
Through these talks, we will embark on a visual exploration aimed at uncovering not just the aesthetic allure of the world, but also the narratives that lie within.
